WHAT YOU NEED:
Semolina + Cottage Cheese |
Coacoa, the real one or the "fake" one. Up to you |
Butter |
Put 2 x 500g cottage cheese in a bowl and mix with semolina...
until sticky dough is formed.
Cut the dough into slices and then pieces
Make little bowls out of the small pieces ...
... and wrap them in .... hmmmm ....
... semolina again
Throw them in a pot with boiling water
Wait about 2-5 minutes and take out the floating ones
Sprinkle them with sugar and coacoa
and pour them with melter butter.
But the truth is, you can put on them WHATEVER YOU LIKE. They are very universal and can be eaten sweet or salty.
